Media Waiver

By entering The TCG National (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, partners, sponsors, and authorized media may capture photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings during the event.

By attending the Event, you grant The TCG National and its affiliates the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, broadcast, stream, and create derivative works from any media that includes your image, voice, or likeness for promotional, commercial, or informational purposes.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • social media

  • advertising

  • livestreams

  • highlight reels

  • printed materials

  • website content

  • future event marketing

You agree that:

  • You will not receive compensation for the use of such media.

  • You waive any right to approve or inspect the final materials.

  • You release The TCG National from any claims related to the use of these media assets.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival. While we cannot guarantee exclusion from all media, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request in designated areas.

By entering the Event premises, you consent to this Media Waiver.
